Job summary

Wiltshire Career Site is seeking a committed Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our team for lunchtime supervision at a primary academy. The role runs 11:30 am–13:00 pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday each week, 4.5 hours, term time only.

This permanent post supports safeguarding, lunch distribution, and encouraging positive play while ensuring safety and hygiene standards are followed. Applications welcome via St Peter's CE Primary Academy.

Qualifications

• Be able to build a strong rapport with children.
• Demonstrate aptitude to work as part of a successful team.
• Have effective communication skills.
• Support children in their play while maintaining safety and following school guides.
• Demonstrate good food hygiene practices and follow health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard children during the lunchtime period.
• Clear and tidy away after lunch.
• Distribute lunches to children.
