Job summary

Haughton School in Madeley, Telford, is seeking a committed Lunchtime Supervisor to help ensure the safety and welfare of pupils during the lunch break. You will support good conduct and pass on any lunchtime information to the relevant class team.

The post is permanent, term-time only, with a scale 1 rate of 13.45 per hour, reflecting 6.25 hours per week from Monday to Friday lunch periods.

Lunchtime Supervisor

Monday - Friday lunchtime: 1 hour & 15 minutes per day (6.25 hours/week)

Haughton School is a Primary Special School for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex needs. Children also have additional needs that may relate to communication & interaction difficulties, social, emotional and mental health difficulties, sensory and physical / medical needs.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join the team.

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, your main purpose will be to support the safety, welfare and good conduct of children during the lunchtime break. You will also be required to pass on information involving the children during the lunchtime to their class team.
