Aspire People are seeking a caring Lunchtime Supervisor for a primary school in North Manchester. The role is part-time, 11:20am–1:20pm, 10 hours per week, starting in November and continuing until the end of the academic year.

Ideal candidates will have childcare or school experience, be patient and reliable, and demonstrate strong safeguarding and teamwork skills. This role is suitable for those seeking school-hour work and extra hours.

Aspire People are looking for a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils within a primary school in North Manchester.

The Role:

• Supervising children during lunchtime
• Supporting pupils during indoor and outdoor play
• Encouraging positive social interaction
• Supporting children to develop independence
• Helping maintain a calm and safe lunchtime environment
• Promoting positive behaviour and good manners
• Supporting children who may need additional help
• Monitoring pupils and reporting concerns to school staff
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other lunchtime staff

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or similar setting
• Early Years experience would be advantageous
• Patient, nurturing and approachable
• Confident managing groups of children
• Able to respond calmly to behavioural situations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and professional
• Strong understanding of safeguarding

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 11:20am - 1:20pm
• 10 hours per week
• Starting November
• Role continuing until the end of the academic year
