Lift Hamford is seeking a dedicated midday supervisor to help create a safe, positive lunchtime experience for pupils. You will supervise dining areas, playgrounds and the wider site, promoting a welcoming and secure environment.

We value calm, caring individuals who can support wellbeing, communicate warmly with pupils, and work well with colleagues to maintain high standards of safety and organisation at lunchtimes.

Formación

• Experience supervising children or young people in a supervised setting.
• Calm, confident and caring approach at busy times.
• Clear and warm communication with pupils of various ages.
• Works well in a team and builds trusted colleague relationships.
• Patient, empathetic and supportive of young people.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime in dining areas, playgrounds and on the school site.
• Uphold the behaviour policy and manage conflicts fairly.
• Support wellbeing, staying alert to distress or bullying.
• Keep spaces clean and safe, clear tables and address hazards quickly.
• Help organise and supervise lunchtime activities or clubs as needed.
• Share concerns or incidents with teaching and pastoral staff promptly.
