Job summary

Hampreston CE VA First School in Wimborne Minster seeks a Midday Supervisor to join the lunchtime team. You will be a good timekeeper, caring and confident when dealing with pupils, and capable of staying calm under pressure.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and teamwork to contribute to a safe, happy school lunch experience for all pupils. You will support pupils with routines, promote positive behaviour, and report concerns promptly to the supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Midday Supervisor to join the lunchtime team and support pupil safety and wellbeing.
• Be a good timekeeper, caring and confident when dealing with pupils, and communicate calmly with pupils and staff.
• Work as part of a busy lunchtime team to ensure a smooth, friendly lunch period.
