Job summary

Chilcote Primary School is seeking a lunchtime supervisor to work as part of a caring team. You will supervise pupils at lunchtime, promoting safe, respectful behavior and acting as a positive role model to pupils with diverse needs.

The role supports inclusion and requires a team‑oriented, flexible approach. The successful candidate will work with specific children during lunchtime periods, with a focus on safeguarding and welfare of all learners.

About this Role

The successful candidate must be committed to work as part of a team and be willing to participate fully in ensuring inclusion of all children, providing safe supervision of pupils at lunchtime; promoting and encouraging good manners and good behavior in accordance with the policies; acting as a good role model when speaking and listening to the children.

The successful candidate will be working with specific children to support them over the lunchtime period.

It is desirable that the candidate has the knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
