Job summary

Roman Way Academy, part of The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust, is looking for a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our lunchtime team. The role is 5 hours 25 minutes per week, Monday to Friday, during term time only.

The ideal candidate will have experience with children, enjoy outdoor play, and be flexible, calm and nurturing. There is potential for casual teaching assistant opportunities in the future; DBS checks are required.

• Creative ideas for lunchtime games and activities.
• Be flexible, calm and nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils at lunch and supervise play.
• Encourage safe, inclusive lunchtime activities.
• Support pupils to engage and keep them safe outdoors when appropriate.
