Belmont C of E Primary School in Belmont, Durham, seeks a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our caring team. The role is 6 hours 15 minutes per week, Monday to Friday, 11:55am to 1:10pm, term time only, with retainer adjustments during school closures.

You will need to be empathetic, able to supervise children during busy lunch periods, and support safeguarding; an enhanced DBS disclosure is required if successful.

Lunchtime Supervisor required to start as soon as possible.

We are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our Belmont family team. This post is for 6 hrs 15 minutes per week (11.55am-1.10pm Monday to Friday) term time only.

We are a large successful primary school, where children are placed at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a caring and empathic candidate who can supervise our children during busy lunchtime periods.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and, if successful, you will need to apply for an enhanced DBS disclosure.

This position is paid whole time with retainer adjustments applied to periods of school closure. You will not be required to work during the school closure periods however your salary in these periods will be adjusted accordingly in line with the retainer regulations as specified in the National Joint Council (NJC) Green Book agreement.
