Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join a nurturing SEN school in SE6. You will support pupils during lunch, help create a calm, safe and inclusive lunchtime experience, and work closely with staff to follow routines.

This role requires an Enhanced DBS, a patient and resilient approach, and the ability to set boundaries with warmth. If you are passionate about helping young people thrive in a SEND/complex needs setting, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Patient, resilient and able to support children in a SEND/complex needs setting.
• Confident in setting boundaries with warmth and consistency.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and think on their feet.

Responsibilities
