Compass Community is seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to support students during lunchtimes at an SEMH school. You will help with meals, supervision in dining halls and play areas, and promote positive behaviour while supporting emotional regulation.

Our children come from a wide range of backgrounds, but all have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). Many will also have other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. The work we do is both varied and challenging and, as a trauma and attachment informed organisation, all staff are provided with extensive therapeutic training and support.We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with both staff and students to ensure that lunchtimes are a positive, safe, and supportive experience.
