Ganton School is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to ensure a safe, engaging lunchtime environment for pupils aged 2–19 with complex learning needs. You will supervise individuals and groups, support wellbeing, and promote positive interactions under the guidance of senior staff.
The role is 7.5 hours per week during term time (190 days a year), with start ASAP after checks. A first aid qualification is preferred, and safeguarding experience is valued. Applications close 8am on 30 October 2026.

Our Lunchtime Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging environment for our pupils during the lunchtime period. Working under the general direction of a Level 4 Teaching Assistant or Assistant Headteacher, you will supervise individuals and groups of children, support their well-being and promote positive interactions.
