Job summary

Shincliffe CE Primary School invites applications for a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our midday team. This permanent, part-time role is 7.5 hours per week during term time.

The successful candidate will be caring, reliable and able to work as part of a team; supervise meals, help children with additional learning needs, and organise playground activities. An enhanced DBS disclosure is required.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
• Ability to converse at ease with customers in accurate spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Be caring, hardworking and reliable.
• Have the ability to work as part of a team.
• Can supervise meals and encourage children to use cutlery properly.
• Can set up and supervise playground games with children.
• Have experience of helping young children with additional learning needs and/or disabilities.
