Education Impact Academy Trust in Birmingham is seeking a Lunchtime Learning Lead to supervise pupils during lunch, support personal care, and lead engaging activities. The role is 15 hours per week, term-time only, with a Grade 2 salary and pro rata SEN allowance. Start asap with a closing date of 1 November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for pupils during lunchtime.
• Assist pupils with feeding and personal care needs in a safe and dignified manner.
• Set up and supervise engaging play and learning activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and inclusion.
• Monitor pupil well-being and respond to concerns.
• Maintain health and safety standards and safeguarding protocols.
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff and colleagues.
• Report incidents and maintain accurate records.
