Job summary

Esteem North Academy is seeking an experienced catering professional to ensure lunchtime meal provision for primary pupils. The role involves serving food in classrooms, collecting lunches from nearby venues and minimal on-site food prep.

A car with business use is required for site-to-site duties and there is a strong emphasis on safeguarding pupils with SEND. The role is 15 hours per week (11am-2pm), with the successful candidate expected to work as part of a supportive team and to uphold high

Qualifications

• Experienced and organised catering professional.
• Knowledge and experience with food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Direct contact with children and serving of food in classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in classrooms and collect lunches from adjacent schools.
• Adhere to risk assessments and COSHH.
• Support pupils with lunchtime activities including eating, toileting and playing.
