Job summary

Belton All Saints C of E Primary is seeking a committed Midday Supervisor to help run lunchtimes safely and efficiently. You will help organise resources, support activities for children, and assist with first aid where needed. The role is term-time only, 11:55am to 13:10pm, Monday to Friday, commencing as soon as possible.

This temporary post runs until 31 August 2027. We value safeguarding, teamwork and a calm, caring approach to pupils during lunch breaks.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise in a busy workload.
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, parents and pupils.
• Flexible and professional approach to work.
• Experience supporting lunchtime activities and first aid when required.

Responsibilities

• Support lunchtime supervision and resource organisation.
• Run activities for pupils during lunch time.
• Assist with first aid when required.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure safe and orderly lunch periods.
