Outwood Academy Ormesby is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to ensure student safety and wellbeing during lunch. You will supervise dining areas, model exemplary conduct, and support a positive lunchtime environment.

The role requires clear communication, teamwork and the ability to act quickly to prevent injuries or incidents. DBS checks are mandatory, with a focus on hygiene and First Aid readiness.

Formación

• Strong communication, teamwork and caring skills.
• Ability to make quick, safe intervention decisions.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene procedures and First Aid recommended.
• Willingness to obtain or enhance relevant qualifications; DBS check required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee health, safety and well-being of students during lunchtime.
• Model outstanding conduct and uphold behaviour standards across the dining hall and site.
• Intervene in behavioural issues using positive strategies; refer to the Principal as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean dining environment, clearing tables and tidying areas.
