Job summary

Outwood Primary Academy Littleworth Grange is seeking a Midday Supervisor to oversee lunchtime supervision across the primary site, ensuring pupil safety and wellbeing during the lunch period.

You will supervise the dining hall and designated areas, model appropriate conduct, and apply positive behaviour strategies. The role is term-time only, five hours per week (12:00–13:00) with DBS checks required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of pupils across the site during lunchtime.
• Supervise the dining hall and other designated areas.
• Model acceptable conduct, manners, speech and appearance and uphold behaviour standards.
• Intervene in behavioural issues using positive behaviour management strategies.
• Help keep the dining environment clean and free of slip hazards, including clearing tables and tidying equipment.
