Job summary

Stanbridge Primary School in Stanbridge is seeking dedicated Lunchbreak Supervisors to join our caring team. You will help ensure the safety, welfare and positive behaviour of pupils during lunchtime and support a calm, warm environment.

The role requires enthusiasm, teamwork and good communication. Fluency in English is essential, and you will participate in training and professional development to uphold high standards of pupil care.

Demonstrate strong teamwork skills while also capable of using initiative. Have excellent communication skills. Maintain warmth, care, and full commitment to children's safety and wellbeing. Consistently maintain a calm approach in interactions with children. Support the school's approach to outdoor play, embracing our 'whatever the weather' ethos. Act as a vital link between children, lunchbreak staff, and other school staff.
