Job summary

David Ross Education Trust is seeking a part-time lunchtime supervisor to help manage pupil entry into the dining room and supervise orderly conduct across the dining hall, canteen, courtyard and school field.

The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe dining area during lunchtimes and preparing facilities for other uses of the school day, while recording health concerns and coordinating with staff as required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising pupils in a school setting is desirable.
• Ability to maintain calm and assertive behaviour with pupils during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Organise entry of pupils into the dining room and supervise behaviour in the dining hall, canteen, courtyard and field.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining area during lunchtimes and prepare for other uses in the school day.
• Record and respond to first-aid incidents and health concerns, coordinating with staff as needed.
