Job summary

The David Ross Education Trust is seeking a part-time Lunchtime Supervisor at our academy to help organise the dining hall and ensure safe, orderly meal times. You will supervise pupils, manage the dining area, and support positive behaviour during lunch and break times.

Permanent role, 5 hours per week, 39 weeks a year during term time. The post includes first-aid recording, liaison with staff, and ensuring resources for play and recreation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils in dining hall, canteen, courtyard and school field.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe dining area during lunchtimes.
• Record and respond to first-aid incidents and illnesses to keep pupils safe.
• Liaise with staff to share information and resolve issues throughout the school.
• Ensure resources for play and recreation during lunch breaks.
