Responsibilities

• Work with pupils and staff to communicate effectively.
• Provide lunch-time supervision in dining hall and play areas.
• Support safety and welfare of pupils.
• Report misbehavior using academy procedures.
• Remain assertive while showing compassion and empathy.
• Deal with injuries and report to teachers/SLT.
