Job summary

Oyster Park Primary Academy is seeking a committed pupil supervision team member in Castleford for a fixed-term role to cover maternity leave. You will supervise pupils during lunch, support safety and welfare, and report issues following Academy procedures. You will work closely with staff, remain assertive yet empathetic, and contribute as an enthusiastic team member.

Qualifications

• Provide supervision and safety for pupils during lunch and playtimes
• Communicate effectively with pupils and staff
• Report any misbehavior using Academy procedures

• Deal with injuries and inform teachers promptly
