Job summary

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is seeking a friendly and reliable Luggage Porter to welcome guests and assist with luggage and concierge needs. You will help maintain a tidy forecourt and lobby, ensure smooth arrivals and departures, and provide information about hotel services and facilities.

You should be comfortable lifting luggage of various sizes, punctual, and able to represent Hyatt with courtesy and care.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Luggage Porter role include

• Welcoming the guests to the hotel in a professional manner, make an all-important first connection, extending a warm welcome, and assisting guests as required
• Ensuring the forecourt/lobby is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards
• Providing a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage
• Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.
