Qualifications

• Technical training or experience in the electromechanical field.

• Basic electrical knowledge and broader mechanical understanding.
• Machinery Lubrication Technician Level 1 or 2 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out periodic lubrication of customer assets with correct lubricants.
• Support Reliability Engineers by implementing and improving services.
• Perform visual inspections for leaks and reliability improvements.
• Conduct lubrication routes and suggest PdM improvements.
• Manage oil changes, filter systems, and enhancements.
• Take samples for analysis following Best Practices.
• Participate in internal ISO-certified training programs.

This role is crucial in supporting our customers in the Liverpool area to enhance the reliability of their machinery, prevent losses and unplanned downtime, and reduce costs. Day-to-day of the role:

• Carry out periodic lubrication of customer assets, ensuring the use of correct lubricants and proper storage.
• Support Reliability Engineers by implementing and improving the services offered.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify leaks or potential reliability enhancements.
• Perform lubrication routes, possibly using ultrasonic measuring devices, and suggest improvements to the PdM Engineer.
• Manage oil changes, check filter systems, and propose enhancements.
• Execute all known lubrication tasks, including taking samples for analysis, adhering to Best Practices.
• Participate in an extensive internal training program, including on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and ISO certified training to ensure excellence in all practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
