Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to blend technical selling with hands-on support for lubricants and fuels across SEAOIL sales channels. You will translate technical knowledge into customer value and help meet sales targets.

You will develop customized services for industry segments, provide field-based oil analyses, manage field programs, and support the sales team with consultative technical guidance. Willingness to travel domestically is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Marine/Automotive Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of combined technical selling and technical support experience preferred.
Willing to travel domestically and perform fieldwork as required.

Responsibilities

Provide lubricants solutions through technical selling to customers.
Develop customized technical services for different industry segments.
Provide technical support through consultative selling using various service categories.
Manage and control OPEX of Indus-Tech.
Prepare, execute, monitor, and complete lubricants Field Trial Programs including oil analyses.
