Your Advantage Tennis Academy in Northwood is seeking an enthusiastic LTA Coach Assistant to support session delivery for all ages. You will help lead coaches, assist with Mini Tennis and junior programmes, and foster a positive, energetic on-court environment.

Ideal candidates are early in their coaching journey, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn through mentoring and hands-on coaching across all programme areas. Flexible hours and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• LTA Leaders qualification or working towards LTA Level 1.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding and first aid training.
• DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience playing tennis recreationally or competitively is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist Lead Coaches during group and individual tennis sessions.
