David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a passionate Tennis Coach to join our team at Newhaven Harbour on a part-time, self-employed basis. You will manage activities, leagues, and partner schemes while promoting competitions and events to create a fun learning environment for members.

The role requires a Level 2 LTA qualification, a health and fitness mindset, and excellent communication. You will thrive in a collaborative team, delivering high-quality coaching and supporting members’ goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities, teams, box leagues, ladders and partner schemes.
• Promote competitions, leagues and events internally.
• Create a fun, engaging learning environment for members.
• Coordinate coaching sessions and ensure quality coaching standards.
• Support Newhaven Harbour members with guidance and feedback.
