Job summary

Your Advantage Tennis Academy in Northwood (Greater London) seeks an experienced LTA Level 3 Accredited Tennis Coach to lead and deliver coaching across junior, adult, and performance pathways. You will independently plan sessions, mentor assistants, and contribute to the academy’s growth while upholding safeguarding and safety standards.

You will foster a positive, inclusive coaching culture, engage players and parents, and support outreach and marketing activities to grow participation.

Qualifications

• Must hold LTA Level 3 Accredited Coach qualification.
• DBS clearance required.
• First Aid qualification.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality individual and group coaching sessions.
• Lead junior development, adult coaching, and performance training programs.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 coaches and support coach education.
