Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for an Alternative Provision in Colchester, Essex. The role focuses on providing targeted support to students with additional needs to help them engage with the curriculum.

You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff in a supportive, inclusive environment, with opportunities for professional development and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/young people with SEMH, SEND or other learning needs.
