  • Complete service works and general maintenance on LPG installations, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Attend emergency call-outs when required, including out-of-hours support, responding promptly to customer needs with professionalism and technical competence.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers, sales representatives, and internal teams on product storage, distribution systems, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain your company vehicle and equipment to high standards, managing your schedule efficiently to deliver excellent service across your territory.
What We Are Looking For
  • ACS Qualified in CCLP1EPC or equivalent certification.
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience of liquid transfer and vapour recovery systems.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working to LPG codes of practice and current safety legislation.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and make sound technical decisions in the field.
  • Strong focus on safety within the workplace with meticulous attention to compliance and best practice.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Confidence liaising with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and maintain accurate records.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues while working independently day-to-day.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work away on occasions and respond to out-of-hours call-outs when required.
  • Ability to listen, absorb, and retain technical knowledge as systems and regulations evolve.
The Rewards
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Discretionary annual bonus of up to 12%.
  • Overtime rates of 1.5x base salary for evenings Monday-Friday and Saturdays, 2x base salary for Sundays.

  • Enhanced pension contribution: 6% employer / 3% employee (increasing with length of service).
  • Comprehensive benefits package including private BUPA healthcare and dental cover, life assurance (4x salary), critical illness cover, and enhanced sick pay.
