Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced LPG Senior Operator based in London (SW1) with hybrid working arrangements. This temporary, 12-month contract offers a day rate of £350–£400 PAYE.

The role focuses on managing LPG operations, contracts, and coordination with the liquids team to ensure safe, compliant, and timely cargo handling. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in commercial operations within oil & gas, strong contract management and shipping experience, and excellent

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in commercial operations, preferably in oil & gas.
Strong contract management, shipping and commercial operations experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience in joint ventures and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

Manage the implementation of Liquids Sales and Purchase Agreements with shareholder affiliates.
Coordinate lifting windows with Liquids Buyers and ensure compliance with agreements.
Oversee the quality of liquids and address operational issues, prioritising safety and reliability.
Collaborate with the Liquids Scheduler to maintain records in the Liquids Master Schedule.
Assist the Finance team in invoicing and calculating costs related to demurrage, dead freight, and port fees.
Ensure all cargo operations activities comply with internal procedures and standards.
