Job summary

Henderson Group in Newtownabbey is seeking a Customer Loyalty Executive to drive loyalty activity across shopper and colleague apps. You will set up campaigns, coordinate artwork, and provide support across channels, shaping customer journeys and CRM records. The role supports the marketing team and delivers insights from campaign data.

This six-month temporary opportunity offers exposure to end-to-end CRM and digital marketing processes within a growing organisation in Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience with a loyalty platform, CRM system, marketing automation tool or mobile app.
• Experience coordinating digital campaigns, promotions, offers or customer communications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data and maintain dashboards.
• Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to checking content, targeting and journeys.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration and customer support.
• Effective planning and organisational skills to manage recurring activity and deadlines.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with willingness to learn CRM and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily and cyclical loyalty activity across shopper and colleague loyalty app platforms, ensuring campaigns are accurate, timely and aligned with the promotional calendar.
• Set up, test, launch and monitor in-app mechanics, push notifications and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate clear, on-brand artwork and digital assets with internal colleagues and external partners.
• Provide first-line support for loyalty-related customer queries, maintaining clear records and progressing issues to resolution across in-app and wider comms channels.
• Maintain loyalty dashboards and CRM records, analyse performance against KPIs and insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, customer journeys, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Support the testing and adoption of new CRM functionality and provide wider support to the Marketing Team.
