Job summary

Citygate Automotive Limited is seeking a Loyalty Manager to drive customer retention and manage finance renewals across our new and used vehicle range. You will work with the Sales Management team to nurture customers nearing end of their finance agreements and deliver an outstanding ownership journey.

Qualifications

• Strong background in vehicle sales and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.
• Target-driven with a focus on results.
• Full driving licence with at least 1 year’s driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the finance renewal customer base; contact customers nearing end of their agreement to discuss options.
• Build strong relationships and maximise retention through excellent service.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales to review renewal performance monthly and quarterly.
• Coordinate loyalty programmes, manufacturer campaigns, finance offers and future vehicle opportunities.
• Identify opportunities by booking customer appointments and supporting renewals with the Sales Team.
• Monitor CXM performance and contribute to retailer scorecard targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of renewal activity and interactions.
• Deliver a professional renewal journey that supports long-term loyalty.
