Loyalty Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a Loyalty Assistant to join our Digital team here at Harrods. You will play a key role in delivering world-class customer loyalty campaigns as well as supporting the overall Harrods Rewards programme strategy and the future of loyalty at Harrods.
About the Role
The Loyalty Assistant will be responsible for the execution and management of end-to-end loyalty promotions and campaigns for the Harrods customer. This role provides a unique opportunity to directly support the Harrods Rewards programme team. The role will also require collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including the divisional marketing, creative and content teams, as well as customer-facing retail teams on the shop floor.

About You
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be creative and think outside the box, be organised, and have a passion for driving long-term customer relationships. You should have previous experience in a Loyalty, CRM, or Marketing role, as well as retail experience with exposure to a loyalty programme.
You must be able to communicate effectively and work with diverse teams while confidently advocating for the central Loyalty strategy. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential to quickly gain the trust and confidence of multiple stakeholders.
