Job summary

Hunter Bond is seeking an experienced C++ Engineer to join its high-performance, low-latency engineering team. You will develop and optimise infrastructure powering electronic trading across global markets, tackling complex performance challenges and improving latency across CPU, memory, networking, and OS layers.

You will collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers on mission-critical platforms in a meritocratic environment with ownership and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Strong modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).
• Knowledge of performance optimisation, concurrency, and systems design.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another STEM discipline.
• Experience with low-latency or trading systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
