Consortia is seeking a seasoned C++ Developer specializing in ultra-low latency trading systems. You will design and implement latency-critical components, optimize performance, and work across the stack in a fast-paced front-office environment.

You will mentor others, take ownership of greenfield projects, and collaborate with market data teams to push nanosecond-scale software toward production readiness. Strong C++11+ skills and multithreading are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building low-latency trading systems in C++11 or newer.
• Experience with Smart Order Routing and Market Data is essential.
• Proven ability to write performance-sensitive, multithreaded applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build latency-critical components from day one.
• Lead performance tuning and profiling to meet nanosecond-scale requirements.
• Mentor teammates and drive greenfield projects from architecture to release.
