4ire Labs Ltd is seeking a Senior C++ Developer to design, develop, and optimize ultra-low latency trading systems and a new analytics library. You will work with traders and researchers to improve market data processing, execution systems, and real-time infrastructure.

You will own major aspects from concept to launch, applying best practices and building scalable distributed components. Strong C++20, Linux, and performance tuning skills are essential, with collaboration across a diverse team.

Qualifications

• At least a BSc in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Mastery of modern C++20 language features.
• Experience with Linux and performance debugging tools.
• Familiarity with distributed APIs, messaging, and market data protocols such as FIX/ITCH.
• Excellent collaboration and continuous self-improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Develop best-in-class distributed systems to efficiently process financial market data.
• Resolve ambiguity, analyze complex requirements and break down features into tasks.
• Navigate trade-offs between MVP and enterprise-grade solutions, time-to-market considerations.
• Apply engineering best practices, including unit, integration, end-to-end, stress and performance testing.
