Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Low Code Solution Architect (Manager) to lead multi-skilled teams in designing and delivering high-impact Low Code solutions for global users. You will partner with customer architects to shape designs, estimate effort, and address technical implications.

You will coach a small team, drive performance, and provide direction while exploring new technologies and approaches to stay at the forefront of low-code delivery.

Qualifications

• Has successfully delivered Low Code designs and architectures.
• Understands whole solution architecture concepts and communicates with customer architects.
• Prioritises non-functional concerns in design.
• Experience in intelligent automation projects including architecture, estimation and planning.
• Clear ability to communicate solution design in conversations and documentation.
• Decision-making in fast-moving delivery environments.
• Expertise in Low Code concepts and the listed platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-skilled delivery teams to design and deliver Low Code solutions.
• Collaborate with customer architects on functional and non-functional designs.
• Advise on effort estimates, technical implications and complexity.
• Coach and develop staff, guide performance and career growth.
• Set direction, share knowledge, mentor colleagues and influence policy.
