BaxterStorey is recruiting a Lounge Host for the British Airways Lounge at Edinburgh Airport in Ingliston. You will greet guests with BaxterStorey service and uphold high standards to ensure a great experience across shifts, including early and late coverage.

You don’t need prior hospitality experience; a passion for customer service, attention to detail, and a smile will be developed through our extensive training, with progression opportunities across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Qualifications

• You don’t need any experience just an appetite for excellent customer service, an eye for detail, an appreciation for good food and the rest we can teach you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service
• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
