BaxterStorey is recruiting a Lounge Host for the British Airways Lounge at Edinburgh Airport in Ingliston. You will greet guests with BaxterStorey service and uphold high standards to ensure a great experience across shifts, including early and late coverage.

You don’t need prior hospitality experience; a passion for customer service, attention to detail, and a smile will be developed through our extensive training, with progression opportunities across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Whenever customers visit the British Airways Lounge at Edinburgh Airport, you’ll be there to greet them with 5-star, BaxterStorey service.

Friendly, confident and professional, you’ll be the face of our bespoke operation, making sure that delicious food and relaxation are available to every visitor.

What will you be doing as a Lounge Host:

Your task will be to uphold our high standards by making sure that our customers get a great experience. That means being

smart, cheerful and approachable, keeping counters and displays in tip-top condition, clearing tables promptly, and making sure BA specifications and guests’ expectations are met on every shift.

• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service
• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
• Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
• Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS WORKING HISTORY OR EDUCATIONAL REFERENCES
