Job summary

Elior UK is seeking a Lounge Host to be the welcoming face of our premium lounge service. You will ensure guests enjoy a high-quality, relaxed experience, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

Join a team supporting flexible working patterns, with 5 days out of 7 shifts that include early starts or late finishes. The role offers a salary of £18,855.13 per annum with great perk options and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, attending to guests’ needs efficiently and politely.
• Support the preparation, presentation, and replenishment of food and beverages.
• Ensure all lounge areas are clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues or elevate when necessary.
• Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.

What you'll be doing…

As aLounge Host, you will be the welcoming face of our premium lounge service, ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality, relaxed experience. From delivering exceptional customer service to maintaining a clean and inviting environment, you'll help create a memorable atmosphere for all visitors.

• Greet guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer service, attending to guests’ needs efficiently and politely
• Support the preparation, presentation, and replenishment of food and beverages
• Ensure all lounge areas are clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues or elevate when necessary
• Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards

Working pattern: 5 Days out of 7, Shift Rotation Rota which will include either early starts or late finishes

Salary: £18,855.13 per annum / £13.15 per hour
