Job summary

Elior UK is hiring a facilities assistant to cover cleaning and on-site duties across our client sites in Bristol. You will work Monday to Friday on an as-and-when-required pattern, keeping areas clean and in line with the contracted standards.

You should be a team player with strong communication, adaptable to Elior UK procedures, and able to build good relationships with colleagues and customers. We offer free meals, flexible working, and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full area of responsibility is cleaned and cleared in line with the cleaning schedule and Elior UK/client standards.
• Adhere to COSHH and Health & Safety regulations and report incidents as required.
• Responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures.
• Maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times.

• To ensure full area of responsibility is cleaned (and cleared where contractually bound) in line with relevant cleaning schedule to Elior UK and client standards
• To ensure COSHH and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
• Responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
• Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
• To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times
