Job summary

No1 Lounges is seeking a dedicated Lounge Cleaner for Heathrow Airport on a 45‑hour contract. You will ensure lounges are pristine, both front and back of house, and guest-ready at all times.

The role involves multi-skill training across cleaning duties, hygiene, and safety, with shifts split between early and late patterns. You will interact with guests in a friendly, proactive manner, contribute to a premium experience, and support the lounge team.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in a spotless lounge environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Good command of written and spoken English required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (early and late).
• Enjoy engaging with customers and delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties in lounge areas and replenish amenities.
• Maintain hygiene and tidiness to meet company standards.
• Use cleaning products safely and follow COSHH procedures.
• Follow cleaning procedures and operate equipment as trained.
• Lounge areas and toilets must be kept clean and guest-ready.
• Work as part of a team and assist others as needed.
