Job Title: Bartender at The Lounge

As a Bartender in The Lounge, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests and maintaining a clean and tidy bar. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

1. Preparing alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for guests
2. Interacting with guests, presenting menus, taking orders, making recommendations, and serving snacks and drinks
3. Creating innovative seasonal and promotional cocktails in line with Nobu Hotel London Portman Standards
4. Setting up and closing down the bar accurately and on time, ensuring it is cleaned, restocked, garnished, and all mise en place is prepared and ready
5. Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards
6. Maintaining thorough knowledge of the bar menu, including beer, wine, sake, and cocktails
7. Making empowered decisions to enhance guest experience or resolve complaints
8. Acting as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values and commitment to our team
