Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers?

As the world's leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we focus on putting our customers first. With thousands of stores worldwide, our goal is to provide a positive and memorable experience for all.

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you'll help ensure the safety of our customers, associates, and assets. Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced retail environment or security role is preferred but not essential.

Your Responsibilities

1. Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our store entrances.
2. Deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
3. Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when needed.
4. Remain calm and professional under pressure.
5. Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference, with strong communication skills.
