Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers?

As the world’s leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we focus on delivering positive and memorable experiences for our customers worldwide.

In this role, you will help ensure the safety of our customers, associates, and assets. Experience in a customer-facing role, in a fast-paced retail environment or security role, is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances.
2. Deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
3. Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and assist in effective conflict resolution when necessary.
4. Remain calm and professional under pressure.
5. Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference, with excellent communication skills.
