Job Description

Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers?

We are currently recruiting part-time Loss Prevention Officers at TK Maxx Purley Way, working Monday to Sunday.

As the world's leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we're committed to putting our customers first. With thousands of stores worldwide, we aim to provide a positive and memorable shopping experience.

In this role, you'll help ensure the safety of our customers, associates, and assets. Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced retail environment or as a security guard is ideal but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances.
• Deterring theft on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain product security.
• Deliver effective conflict resolution when necessary.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Be self-motivated, resilient, and communicate effectively.
