TK Maxx in Northampton is seeking a Loss Prevention Advisor to help protect people, assets and stock across our store network. You will work with store teams on investigations, shrink reduction, and safety training.

The role blends customer-facing duties with behind-the-scenes analysis, coaching colleagues, and applying loss prevention best practices. You should be self-driven, resilient, and able to handle external theft situations professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loss Prevention or retail security preferred.
• Self-driven, engaging, resilient and proactive.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers, colleagues and assets through investigations and feedback.
• Collaborate with store teams to protect products and assets and reduce shrink.
• Educate store associates on Loss Prevention best practices.
• Deliver effective conflict resolution and support to staff and customers.
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely.
