Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is recruiting a Teacher of MFL German for a long-term temporary role at a secondary school in Preston, Lancashire. The position starts January 2027 with no set end date, suitable for experienced teachers or ECTs seeking a long-term opportunity.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging German lessons, support pupil progress and contribute to a positive school culture. DBS Update Service or willingness to apply is required.

Qualifications

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge in German and MFL.
• Experience teaching German within a secondary school setting.
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil progress.
• Enthusiasm for languages and a passion for education.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
