Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. in South Gloucestershire is seeking a German specialist MFL Teacher to support secondary schools with flexible day-to-day or longer-term supply.

Plan and deliver engaging German lessons across KS3 and KS4, develop pupils' language and cultural understanding, prepare GCSE work where required, manage behaviour and classroom routines, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment. Daily rate £150-£200.

Qualifications

• QTS or ECT specialising in Modern Foreign Languages.
• Experience teaching German in a UK secondary school.
• Confident delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Comfortable managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Available for flexible day-to-day or longer-term supply work.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging German lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Develop pupils' language skills, confidence and cultural understanding.
• Prepare pupils for GCSE German examinations where required.
• Adapt lessons to meet different learning needs and abilities.
